Ryan McBride

Ryan founded this company with a clear mission: to bring integrity, honesty, and true craftsmanship back to the roofing industry. A graduate of Gettysburg College with a degree in business, Ryan developed his discipline, resilience, and team-first mentality as a dedicated hockey and lacrosse player. Those experiences helped shape the strong work ethic and accountability that continue to guide him today.

Beyond roofing, Ryan is a sponsored motocross and supercross rider, a pursuit that reflects the focus, precision, courage, and commitment to excellence he brings to every aspect of his life and business. The demands of the sport mirror his professional approach: meeting high standards, embracing challenges, and never settling for less than his best.

From the beginning, Ryan set out to build a roofing company guided by strong moral principles, transparency, and unwavering core values. Corso Roofing was founded by Ryan McBride and me with a simple goal: give people a roofer they can actually trust.

I spent more than 15 years in public service, where I built my reputation on integrity, accountability, and putting people first — values I bring to every roof we work on. I’m also a second-generation roofer, raised in the trade by family who taught me that quality work is work that lasts, and that a handshake still means something.

My daughters are my greatest motivation, and that same sense of responsibility drives how we run this business — honest estimates, dependable service, and treating every customer’s home like it’s our own.
